We are delighted to announce our appointment to the LHC’s Housing Construction Framework- Scotland on 7 Lots split into the following :Eastern Scotland, West Scotland, North East Scotland, Highlands and Islands , Southern Scotland and West Central Scotland.

The four-year housing construction framework was procured by LHC on behalf of the Scottish Procurement Alliance.

Works to be delivered include the development of new build housing projects, including, housing, bungalows, flats, apartments, sheltered accommodation, care homes, student accommodation and associated works including land purchases.

LHC anticipates a wide range of projects being delivered under the framework.
