The JR Group is making great progress at its site on Olympia Street in Glasgow’s east end. The development, located at Bridgeton Cross, consists of 68 homes for social rent, including 24 for amenity and six tailored for wheelchair users.

The accommodation provided is to be grouped into four apartment blocks of varying scale, assembled around a common landscaped garden. Associated parking and amenity space will also be provided.

The JR Group began work in February 2018 and the progress that’s been made in such a short space of time is made clear in the video.

Gary McGregor, Managing Director, praised the team behind the project. “The progress made to date is a combination of collaborative working between all our key Sub Contract partners on site and the hard work and dedication of our Construction Management Team,” he said. “It is vital that we continue this approach to ensure the successful delivery of this project.”
