Contracted by our client Link Group, this development comprises 86 much-needed new build affordable homes at Bridge Street in Cambuslang’s town centre. Spread across three apartment blocks and terraced housing, this mixed tenure development includes a range of one- and two-bedroom flats in buildings of four- and six-storeys, along with a range of two- and three-bedroom terraced and semi-detached homes.  
 
From the initial design stages, the development needed to focus on creating an inclusive neighbourhood community for residents and includes a large children’s play park with adult seating for families to enjoy.
