Through our successful land led development approach, we were able to safeguard the future of Clydebank Bowling Club while
providing much needed additional social houses for Clydebank Housing Association.

The development consists of 18 units comprising a mixture of one and two bedroom properties for social rent with two wheelchair
accessible properties.
