As our first successful collaboration with Ark Housing Association, we delivered 20 high-quality social rent homes at Crusader Rise in Livingston. The build included 18
apartments, including six wheelchair-accessible units, and two family houses, directly addressing local housing needs.

We incorporated energy-efficient technologies, including solar panels, air-source heat pumps, and EV charging points, significantly reducing residents’ energy costs and promoting sustainable living.
