We delivered a landmark development for Glasgow West Housing Association, transforming a prominent city-centre site in Finnieston into 55 affordable, social-rent apartments including
five wheelchair-accessible units, alongside a new ground-floor commercial space.

We used natural polished sandstone on the Argyle Street façade, meeting conservation-area requirements and delivering highquality urban architecture. Sustainable design features support
long-term affordability, while a welcome pack provided by JR Group helped new residents settle in comfortably.
