Delivering sustainable, energy-efficient homes on a constrained site in Stirling, our project at Glasgow Road, St Ninians, provided eight contemporary cottage flats to replace existing outdated buildings.

Designed specifically to blend with the local architecture while meeting stringent energy-efficiency standards, the homes feature air source heat pumps, triple-glazed windows, photovoltaic
panels, and Tesla battery storage, achieving Silver-level heating standards and Platinum-level carbon reduction.
