This development of affordable social housing comprises one-, two- and three-bedroom properties for general social rent, with two wheelchair accessible properties. Half of the development consists of terraced houses, while the remaining 18 homes consist of two three-storey flatted blocks.

Every step of design and construction aimed to deliver modern homes which would improve the lives of residents and create a real sense of community.

The project also benefitted from our in-house divisions DC Timber Systems, JR Scaffold and JR Specialist Services which collaborated to ensure that all aspects of the project ran smoothly and efficiently.
