Located on the site of the former Stanley Firs pub which had lay vacant for years, this development comprises three, three-storey buildings which feature 36 new build flats designed for social rent for our client Link Group.  The project also included two flats designed and built with wheelchair access in mind. Designated enclosed garden patio areas were also included in each block.  
 
The project also included the creation of new roads and car parking, public and private footpaths, fencing and facilities such as bin stores, drying facilities and bike racks.
