With the existing building no longer suitable for current operational requirements, we carried out the refurbishment and renovation of the existing office to create a more attractive working environment.

Works involved the conversion of a former storage area into a new staff room and the reconfiguration of the main reception to form better delineations between public, semipublic and private areas. This new space features a bespoke reception desk and feature timber-lined ceiling, with timber finishes adopted throughout to provide an element of warmth to internal spaces. This approach was reinforced by the introduction of glazed screens within both office and reception areas to allow for borrowed natural light to illuminate previously internal spaces.
