Comprising 23 new affordable homes, this development in Paisley was constructed on behalf of partners, Link Group, to help meet demand for affordable housing in the Renfrewshire town.

19 houses and four cottage flats were created, after many considerations with local residents and the wider community which led to a strong understanding of the requirements needed in the area.

The land, which was previously unoccupied has been transformed, but the thoroughfare, which is well-used by locals, has been maintained with additional trees surrounding the route.
